A native of Scranton, Bill graduated in 1998 from Mount St. Mary's College, Emmitsburg, Maryland, with a BS in Psychology. From there, he attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. During law school, Bill was active in both the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Moot Court Honor Society, serving as President of Moot Court during his Third Year. Bill participated in multiple inter-and-intra-scholastic competitions, placing in the Quarter-Finals or above wherever he competed.
Upon graduation from law school in 2003, Bill was admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He began his career with a small firm in Delaware County, before working with numerous major law firms in Philadelphia in the practice of electronic discovery. Thereafter, Bill founded The Law Offices of William P. Harrington, Jr., Esq. in 2012, and has been practicing as a solo practitioner ever since. Currently residing in beautiful Lancaster County, with his wife and three children. He enjoys chess, weight training and martial arts, where he is presently studying in the discipline of Tang Soo Do.
